He can control every drop of water on Earth — from the moisture in the air to the oceans themselves. He is DKRITB's brother and Piss Master's uncle, and he takes the family conflict personally. When The Super Toilet arrives on a battlefield, the ground floods. In Volume 3, he upgrades to a massive water-treatment mecha capable of purifying Piss Master's toxic golden flood.

In the most pivotal moment of Volume 1, he steals the Piss Chronicles Bible right off Piss Master's belt, triggering a global chase that defines Volumes 2 and 3. He is the key to unlocking Piss Master's weakness — if he can survive long enough to use it.
